1-1 Crash Exchange

PICARDO DISTRIBUTION 1 TO 1 CRASHED EXCHANGE PROGRAME 

Customer is required to prepare and provide the following proof of accident and contact Jitron Healthcare Sdn Bhd within 14 working days:

• Photos of the car accident
• Police report
• Sales receipt / Warranty Registration
• Crashed car seat

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

• The exchange program is only applicable to Picardo car seat brands under Jitron Healthcare Sdn Bhd.
• The exchange program is limited to ONE TIME entitlement, from the warranty date.
• The exchange of car seat shall not exceed more than 14 days from police report date.
• A brand new replacement Picardo car seat will be issued out within 7 days upon receiving date.
• Customer has to call beforehand to ensure stock availability and collect the new car seat personally from Picardo HQ.
• Outstation customer has to bear the cost of postage for both ways.
• For discontinued car seat model, an equivalent value car seat will be issued.  
• Picardo reserves the rights to change, amend, cancel or remove the 1-to-1 Crashed Exchange Program at any time without prior notice.
